Dr Rajan leaving

Unfortunately, Dr Rajan will be leaving at the end of September, he will be moving away with his family.  We wish him all the best for his move.  

We have a new GP starting with us Dr Harry Collin, from the 1st October 2024.  Dr Rajans registered usual patients, will transfer to Dr Collin from 1st October 2024. 

Patients can see any GP, at either site, although it is recommended to see the same GP for continuity of care.
